        濃縮やクリーンアップ法と同様に、微粒子吸着剤、アフィニティーキャプチャー、TICE™（Tecan Immobilized Coating Extraction）など、テカンの独自の抽出技術は質量分析におけるサンプル前処理ワークフローの簡素化を実現します。

        より純度の高いサンプルであれば、LC-MS分析におけるサンプルのイオン化抑制とノイズピークの数を減らすことができます。テカンの微粒子吸着剤は、非常に狭い流路であるため、吸着剤を通過する際に分析対象物の分子を効果的に吸着します。 これにより、塩やタンパク質、脂肪酸、リン脂質など、サンプルマトリックスを簡単に除去します。

        TICE™（Tecan Immobilized Coating Extraction）を取り入れたAC Extraction Plateを用いることで、従来のサンプル前処理工程で必要であったろ過、遠心分離、溶媒蒸発のステップが不要となり、 簡単なピペッティングと振とうのみで前処理を完了することが可能です。AC Extraction Plateは自動化プロセスに統合することが容易なため、Freedom EVOやFluentなどの自動分注機でのご使用もおすすめです。​
